How it works

One family, one room, one big reveal. Here's the running order.
Send your application
Fill in the team sheet below — a few details about your child, their room, and a couple of photos so we can see what we're working with.
We pick the room
We'll choose one bedroom that's the right size and shape for a full makeover, and get in touch directly to confirm details and a filming date.
Makeover day
Our team comes to you, fits everything for free, films before-and-after footage and the big reveal — then it's posted on our socials.
Before you apply
Is your child's room right for this?
We're looking for one specific type of room, so please check these before sending photos across.
- Child aged roughly 7–12 who's football mad and has a favourite club.
- A proper bedroom, not a box room or storage space — needs enough wall space for a mural or feature wall.
- Reasonably tidy or tidy-able before we film — this doesn't need to be showhome, just presentable.
- You're comfortable with our team filming in your home, including your child's reaction, for use on our social channels.
- You can send clear photos and rough wall measurements in advance so we can plan the design properly.

Terms & conditions
Eligibility and selection
- Open to residents of New Mills and the surrounding area only.
- One child's bedroom will be selected at Themed.co.uk's sole discretion, based on room suitability (size, layout, condition) and fit with an available licensed range.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified where possible.
- Themed.co.uk may request additional photos, measurements or a short video call before confirming selection.
Filming, images and consent
- If selected, the parent or legal guardian must sign a separate written consent form before any filming takes place, covering use of photos and video of the child and their home across Themed.co.uk's social channels (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube) and potentially in future advertising.
- At least two members of the Themed.co.uk team will attend any home visit.
- Parents/guardians may request removal of published content after the fact; requests will be considered on a reasonable-efforts basis and some content already shared or promoted may not be fully recoverable.
- Themed.co.uk will confirm identities and provide business contact details in advance of any home visit.
The prize
- The makeover includes product and fitting for one bedroom, to an estimated retail value of several hundred pounds, at Themed.co.uk's discretion.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product range.
- Design, product range and fitting date will be agreed directly with the selected family and are subject to product availability.
Your data
- Information submitted (including any details about your child) is used only to run this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties beyond this purpose.
- If your application isn't selected, your details will be deleted within a reasonable period.
- You can ask us to delete your application data at any time by contacting us directly.
