This means we will honour a replacement free of charge for your product if installation didn't quite go to plan, we would just ask you to cover the cost of the Materials, Ink, Packaging and Delivery.

In order to benefit from this guarantee, simply please email info@themed.co.uk with the following information:

1. Order Full Name and Order Number.

2. Confirmation you watched the relevant fitting instructional video prior to installation.

3. Explain the issue you encountered.

4. Include 2/3 images of the product to illustrate the issue.

Once we have this information we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure we get it right the second time around - basically, everyone wins!
