Using this in the nursery for our new grandson. We still haven't put it up yet so I'm not exactly sure about the quality. If it's anything like their other products, it's very well made. This arrived in a box that was too small for the amount of items ordered and the box was damaged upon arrival. Fortunately nothing inside the box was damaged.

Beautifully crafted item! Postal service lost the original item and they sent a replacement right away to ensure I received the product on time. Wonderful communication throughout!
